  • Let's talk for a moment about how a project with Design by CleanFlow works. I keep things as easy and simple as possible for you to ensure the best experience and outcome for your website.

    Firstly, we’ll schedule a quick 15-min call where I can learn more about you and your goals for the site or you can a fill a short form, I'd love to learn more about you and your brand — feel free to choose whatever way is most convenient for you. After discussing your vision and the terms for our project, we’ll get you onboarded swiftly and I’ll collect assets such as photos and text to move forward easily and effectively.

    Now is the fun part! I’ll start building out your website from the ground-up. We’ll go through a multiple rounds of feedback and iteration to make sure your site aligns with your needs. Once you’re satisfied with your site, and your final invoice is paid, the project is complete!

    I’ll make sure your site is set-up and ready to go live, and transfer full ownership over to you. I'll then provide training for you as well as 30 days of free email assistance to make sure everything is running as expected.

  • Typically, projects with Design by CleanFlow range from 2-3 weeks from start to finish. In some cases, projects can be done even quicker!

    It all depends on your goals for the site, and how quickly you are ready to move.

  • Once our work is done, you won’t need to pay me at all for any maintenance.

    You’ll be able to easily update and manage your website yourself thanks to Squarespace’s easy to use tools.

    The only thing you’ll need to pay for is your annual Squarespace plan, and these are super affordable.

  • Yes! If you need a logo, I can create one as part of your website project. I focus on clean, modern logos that reflect your brand’s personality and work seamlessly with your site design.

  • I speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian — and also understand German, though I don’t currently offer services in it. Feel free to reach out in the language you’re most comfortable with.
